Terms of service — Накаток
Revision dated 2026-10-16. Free launch.
1. The service and its owner
Накаток is an information service about skating venues in Russia, including ice arenas, individual spaces and seasonal rinks. These terms cover nakatok.ru and its subdomains.
Owner: Букин Максим Валериевич (Maksim Valerievich Bukin), individual entrepreneur. OGRNIP 326680000039120, INN 682603708700, registered on 16 September 2026. Correspondence address: 32/2 Naberezhnaya Street, Apt. 106, Tambov, Tambov Region, 392002, Russian Federation. Email: bukinapps@yandex.ru, telephone: +7 953 707-44-44.
The service name does not imply a separate company. Накаток does not operate the listed venues, run sessions or sell their tickets. The venue owner sets the conditions for visits and purchases from the venue.
2. Registration and acceptance
Public information is available without an account. Registration requires a separate choice accepting these terms. We retain the version shown and the acceptance record. Simply viewing a page does not authorise analytics or advertising messages.
Accounts are for users aged 14 and over acting within their legal capacity. Obtain a legal representative’s consent when required by law. Only authorised representatives may manage a venue.
3. One person, one personal account
Provide accurate information and use an email address you can access. Do not share your username, password, verification codes or sign-in links. Each colleague creates a personal account and receives the necessary team permissions.
Signs that several people share an account may lead to temporary access restrictions while we investigate. Report lost access or third-party access to support. Restrictions can be appealed using the email above.
4. Teams and venue management
Creating a team or suggesting a listing does not establish management authority. Authority is verified for a particular venue and period. The end of a seasonal rink’s management period does not automatically change its owner. Verification again does not itself reopen closed listings.
A colleague has only the permissions granted and accepts an invitation personally after reading the personal-access rules. Transfer of team ownership requires separate acceptance by the new owner. Knowing their email address does not transfer control.
Verified management does not guarantee immediate publication of every change. Materials and schedules may be reviewed. Authority ending blocks changes but does not erase accurate catalogue information or history. In an authority dispute, we may request explanations and temporarily restrict access.
5. Information and materials
Submit only information and materials you are entitled to provide. Do not include unnecessary personal data, other people’s passwords, confidential documents or private correspondence. Ordinary management verification does not require a passport.
Authors retain their rights and grant a non-exclusive, free permission to store, reproduce, format, translate and display submitted materials for the catalogue. This does not authorise use of another person’s personal data without a proper basis.
Submission does not guarantee publication. We may clarify, correct, combine, reject or remove information that breaches rules or others’ rights. Send rights complaints to support, identifying the disputed material.
6. Accuracy and freshness
Schedules, prices and visit conditions can change. Confirm important details with the venue before travelling. A verification mark concerns checked authority or a source. A freshness mark concerns schedule checking. Neither guarantees that the venue has made no later changes.
Future payment cannot itself buy data accuracy or a freshness mark.
Representatives must list only services and skating times that are genuinely available. Do not list a service merely to appear in search filters or replace separate sessions with round-the-clock skating unless visitors can arrive at any stated time.
Service staff review complaints about inaccurate information independently of venue representatives. A complaint alone does not establish a violation or impose a restriction. We consider the information, circumstances and available evidence.
Where an inaccuracy is established, we may withdraw a specific service or skating time and, where necessary, review further changes before publication. Representatives can see the reason, expiry or reassessment date and provide an explanation or dispute the decision in their management area. Doing so does not lift the restriction automatically. A plan or verified management authority does not override accuracy checks. Withdrawn information does not return automatically when a restriction ends.
Representatives can immediately remove inaccurate service information or cancel a skating session. The cancellation appears in the published schedule immediately. Other changes stay in the draft until the team publishes them separately.
7. Free launch
Paid plans are not currently sold and the service does not take payments. Free access does not automatically become paid, create debt or authorise future charges. Only functioning features are available. A menu item marked as being prepared does not mean it is available.
Venue representatives’ conditions are in the free access rules. Future payment requires separate conditions and an explicit user action.
8. Maps and data
Map features use Yandex Maps. Loading a map connects the browser to Yandex, which receives the necessary network and technical information. Yandex’s terms and privacy policy apply. Maps and optional analytics are separate features.
Precise location is requested only for the relevant feature and with browser permission. You can decline location access and select the search area on the map manually. See the personal data policy for other processing.
9. Restrictions and responsibility
Deception, impersonating another venue’s representative, spam, bypassing authority checks or access restrictions, malicious materials, unlawful data collection and interference with the site or others’ rights are prohibited.
We may restrict a feature or account that breaches the rules, explain why when legally and safely possible, and consider an appeal to support. Maintenance and technical faults may interrupt service.
The owner is not responsible for venue or third-party actions outside their control. These terms do not override legal requirements on the website owner’s liability or the protection of users’ rights.
10. Leaving, changes and enquiries
You may stop using the service and request account closure through support. Closing an account does not delete public venue facts or information that must lawfully be retained.
Material changes are announced on the website. If renewed acceptance is required, we request it separately. Previous confirmations are not rewritten. Russian Federation law applies, without removing mandatory protections under applicable law. This does not override statutory jurisdiction or remedies.
Questions and complaints: bukinapps@yandex.ru. Identify the page and explain your question. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
